CAMP STILE 2023
One of the best parts of being a part of the Stile team is getting to work with incredible people! Every 2 months or so, we get together as a team and do something fun. We’ve had pool parties at Candice’s house, gone out to dinner, and my personal favorite - gone to Lake Harmony for a retreat. It is so nice to get together with the teams from the other locations and collaborate. The past 2 years we have gone up to Lake Harmony for a 2 night retreat and I look forward to it every year! This year did not disappoint.
L A K E H A R M O N Y
We arrived at the house Sunday night just in time for the gorgeous sunset on the water. The scenery is so relaxing it is hard to be stressed about anything. After we got our rooms sorted we kicked off night one with a yummy welcome drink (shoutout Reannoin for the yummy espresso martinis) and a huge charcuterie board. Our upper management team always does a fantastic job setting up and cooking!
S M O R E S & F L O W E R M A K I N G
What is camp without smores? My favorite part of the retreat was sitting around the campfire, eating smores and telling stories with all the girls. We also enjoyed making our own flower arrangements which was one of my favorite parts of the trip.
B O U L D E R F I E L D
The first morning we woke up early and headed to the boulder field in Lake Harmony. We did the best we could hiking on top of these boulders of all shapes and sizes but ultimately decided to sit down and relax and of course take a photo opp!
D O W N T O B U S I N E S S
Day one was spent work-shopping around the table with all the managers from all 4 locations. We were also excited to have a surprise guest speaker via zoom - Kurian Tharakan, the author of “The 7 Essential Stories Charismatic Leaders Tell. He had such great insight into the retail industry and the importance of the stories we tell as leaders.

We ended night 2 with a taco night, lots of laughter and games. One of the funniest portions of the day was when Candice gave out everyone their own “Stile superlative.” It was nice to hear all the nice things people voted for for you. I ended up being picked as “everyone's hype girl!”
Every year, I leave Camp Stile with a refreshed mindset ready for an awesome fall season in store. It is so nice spending time with everyone outside of work. A huge thank you to Candice and upper management for making every retreat a great one! Stile team, best team!!
