P O S I T I O N   O V E R V I E W: 

The Stile Stylist is responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, building relationships with clients, and using product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales. 

Duties/expectations include, but are not limited to: 

  • Creates an exceptional in-store experience for all customers by building confidence, providing product knowledge, and engaging in conversations. 
  • Commits to delivering an optimistic, high energy, and team oriented store atmosphere. 
  • Provides the customer with product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales. 
  • Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters, suggesting different styles of potential interest including the latest trends/current sales promotions based on the customer's individual style. 
  • Develops a book of clients by building and cultivating effective relationships with customers. Maintains relationships with the use of the One Shop app by texting customers with new arrivals & promotions tailored to their taste. 
  • Accurately performs register sales transactions in a timely manner (must be comfortable navigating an iPad). 
  • Displays commitment, dedication, and initiative to operate a store dependably with minimal direction or supervision. 
  • Provides team support by helping complete tasks, sharing knowledge, or assisting in customer interactions. 
  • Understands that clients are the number one priority, but makes time to maintain a clean, organized, and neat sales floor/fitting rooms to ensure the store environment is presentable to customers. 
  • Maintains the integrity of inventory by effectively and efficiently handling all merchandise. 
  • Takes initiative and proactively resolves customer concerns in a manner consistent with Stile's policies, keeping customer satisfaction in mind. 
  • Understand and adhere to all of Stile's policies and procedures. 
  • Completes other duties as assigned. 

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S:

  • Retail experience is not required, but preferred
  • Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to clients
  • Initiative & ability to create a book of repeat clients
  • Motivation & drive to hit monthly sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to take and follow direction
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively / find solutions
  • Proficiency with technology (POS, client outreach app, excel spreadsheets, etc.)

H O U R S:

  • Must maintain a minimum of two shifts per week.
  • Must be available to work flexible retail hours including holiday weekends.
