Shipping + Returns

Returns:

We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.

  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have issued it to you.
  • FINAL SALE items include jewelry, sale merchandise, and undergarments. FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
Store Credit does not expire.

Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by COVID-19. As we work to protect our staff and minimize operations for the safety of all, we ask for your understanding with our extended processing window. We will work to ship all orders within our standard time frame of 1-3 business days, but please know that due to additional safety measures we may experience some small delays. We appreciate your support of a small business through this unprecedented time.

Local Pickup Options

We currently only offer local pickup at our Newtown Square store:

Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm
Sunday 11am-5pm

Select pickup as your chosen shipping option for FREE local pickup. 

Please note:

  • Pickups that are coming from inventory at the Newtown Square store can be ready for pickup anywhere from an hour after the order has been submitted and can take up to 2-4 business days depending if the inventory has to be gathered from another store.

We are looking forward to expanding our pickup option to all three stores!
