Shipping + Returns

Shipping Details:

• $12 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100 (with the exception of site wide promos such as Black Friday & Birthday Sales).
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business days via UPS and USPS.

In Store Pick Up Returns: 

• Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of “order ready for pick up” notification. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. 
• Sale/clearance items, jewelry, and undergarments are NOT returnable - they are FINAL SALE. 
• Store Credit does not expire.
• Failure to pick up an order after 3 months will result in the product being donated. In this case, a store credit will NOT be issued. 

Shipped Returns:
