BEST SPRING COCKTAILS & MOCKTAILS
I love fun cocktails or mocktails as soon as the weather starts to warm up and the flowers are blooming. It is that time of the year where everyone is feeling more excited to get outside and do more fun activities like happy hour. I am obsessed with Jessie James Decker and Kristen Cavallari’s cookbooks so all of my cocktails listed below are from their cookbooks. They are my inspiration in life but especially with food. Let’s get started this spring season with some fun and exciting drink options!

1 tablespoon of blue curacao
¼ cup white rum
2 cups of lemonade
1 can of ginger ale
Garnish with lemon wheel or cherries
This cocktail is a dreamy ocean blue hue. Super fun for spring and festive for special occasions. I know I love drinks that involve rum if I am drinking during the day because they taste so yummy and aren’t super strong in alcohol flavor.

Vodka
Coconut Rum
Ice Tea (sweet or unsweetened)
Lemon juice
Ice
This creative cocktail is so delicious and can be made with most items you probably have already at home for any last minute event. If you are using unsweetened iced tea you may want to add some simple syrup. If you’re feeling fancy, garnish with a mint leaf. If you want a heavy pour of vodka, get after it! If you want to spice it up, use a spiced rum instead of coconut.

1 ½ ounces silver tequila
1 ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce pure maple syrup
6 ounces sparkling water
½-1 jalapeno sliced (depending on how spicing you like it)
This delicious baby is a go to spicy margarita. It is also one of the best drinks for you on an alcohol scale, because blanco tequila is the most unprocessed alcohol. It is light and fresh with a nice little kick to it. If you get hungover easily I swear this is the only drink that won’t leave me feeling awful the next day.

1 cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
I am obsessed with matcha. I know not everyone is into it but it does have really good health benefits and if you are sensitive to caffeine it is the perfect alternative to feel energized without the jittery feeling. I love that she adds coconut milk in the recipe because it makes it taste sweet without having to add sugar into the recipe.

½ cup almond milk
½ cup chilled coffee
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 small frozen banana or ½ frozen avocado
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of salt
This is a nice and sweet little milkshake like coffee to have on a warm spring day. It has just the right amount of caffeine and also has a little bit of healthiness to it with the banana or avocado twist added inside.
Enjoy these for a refreshing reward on a nice Spring day and remember to drink responsibly ;) If you guys have any fun cocktails or mocktails, please feel free to share by DMing us on Insta (@stile_perlei).
