TRADER JOE'S FALL HAUL

I am a huge Trader Joe’s fan and with the new fall season approaching, I love to try all their amazing seasonal items! I’m here to share with you what you need to try this fall because I am obsessed!! I am here to give you the scoop on my absolute favorite snacks, meals, gluten free options, and more to kick off the fall season!

GO-TO SNACKS

Let’s start with the snacks I can’t live without! I am someone who needs their snack fix throughout the day, and these snacks you cannot go wrong with. The new Crunchy Chili/Onion Hummus Dip is my absolute favorite!! It is a little spicy in my opinion but is the perfect snack with veggies or pita chips. I am constantly on the go, so I love this one to pack for work or to snack on in the car. The Honey Crisp Apple Granola is also great to add into yogurt or oatmeal in the morning for breakfast. The apple crisp taste gives you the perfect fall feel. The Pumpkin Spiced Pretzels are so yummy too! I like to keep mine in the freezer and eat them cold.

YUMMY SOUPS

There is nothing better than cozying up on the couch on a cool fall day and eating a yummy bowl of soup. If you want to try some new soups when the weather starts to cool down, these are definitely the best. Who doesn’t love a Lobster Bisque? The lobster bisque at Trader joes is one of my faves. If you want something more seasonal, my favorites are the Pumpkin Butternut Squash Bisque and Autumn Harvest Soup. I always love butternut squash soup in the fall. It is a great comfort food for me because it is so creamy and delicious. The Autumn Harvest Soup is definitely more similar to a chicken noodle soup but is filled with seasonal vegetables making you feel healthy and happy.

FOR THE PASTA LOVER

For dinner if you really want to get into the season’s spirit, the Pumpkin Ravioli and Butternut Squash Lasagna are the best! I’m Italian and always need to have some kind of pasta, so these are really good because they have hidden veggies in them making me feel healthy. If you want to really get fancy and step out of your comfort zone, the Pumpkin Ravioli is even better when you pair it with a Brown Butter Sage Sauce.

EASY FROZEN OPTIONS

If you are not into cooking and would rather go right to the frozen foods section, I have some great options for you! Sometimes after a long day I definitely don’t feel like cooking and grab these, stick them in the air fryer or oven and call it a day. The Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese is phenomenal especially when it's a cooler night. If you want to try something different and step out of your comfort zone, I love the Mini Spicy Pumpkin Samosas!! These are also great if you work from home to have for lunch and are super easy to make in the air fryer. If you like spicy food, definitely try these! Lastly, if you want an easy yet yummy breakfast or are hosting a fun brunch with friends the Broccoli/ Cheddar Quiche is an all time favorite! Super easy to make in the oven and so good - sometimes I can eat the entire thing.

FOR THE GLUTEN FREE GIRLIES

I did not forget about my gluten free girlies!! Here are the two fall ones I’ve tried and LOVED. I love to spend my day off baking to help me relax and the Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread/ Muffin Mix is so yummy. You can add chocolate chips if you want or peanut butter to give it a twist. For a little snack or quick breakfast, I love the Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread with butter. I love treating myself to this with my Chai Tea Latte or Pumpkin Spice Coffee.

FAVE FALL SEASON PICKS

The other fall things that I am loving are the Pumpkin Body Scrub and Pumpkin Body Butter and Candles. If you want to feel and smell like fall, the body scrub and butter is really nice for exfoliating and moisturizing in the shower and smells so good. On Sunday’s when I want to do my extensive self care routine, these two are really nice for the fall season. The candles were one of my favorites from last year that I went back for them as soon as they were in stores again. The scents are Honeycrisp Apple and Vanilla Pumpkin. Treat yourself to a relaxing night by lighting your candles and doing your self care routine feeling some extra fall vibes.

FOR YOUR SWEET TOOTH

I saved the best for last - If you have a sweet tooth like me, definitely check out these sweet treats or desserts! I’m loving the Apple Cider Donuts. Have these warmed in the oven with ice cream on top and maybe some caramel drizzle, you will be in love. The Apple Cinnamon Buns are amazing!! These are my go to for a fun brunch or dessert. Lastly, the Pumpkin Ginger Scones are really nice for breakfast. All three of these make me really feel like I’m in the spirit of the fall season and are great to share with friends and family. I can not wait to run to Trader Joe’s during this time of the year because I really am in love with all of these items.
Trader Joe's always has the best items for such a good price, so if you’re looking for some items to get that fall feeling, definitely check these out!
