VANILLA ALMOND SPICED CHAI & TUMERIC/GINGER COCONUT BEVERAGE
First, drinks at Trader Joes are definitely overlooked in store, but I highly recommend. The Vanilla Almond Spiced Chai smoothie is sooo good!! I love chai, it is the best smoothie in the morning when I am in a rush. It also has 15 grams of protein which is amazing after a workout. Second, my go to drink to easily add into my own smoothies is the Tumeric/Ginger Coconut Beverage. I usually add this into my mango/strawberry smoothie and it gives that extra flavor from the turmeric and ginger that makes it so delicious. Turmeric and ginger are so good for your immune system. The coconut beverage is also very hydrating.

DARK CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS & MAPLE/SEA SALT POPCORN
I have a pretty bad sweet tooth, so these are my two favorite treats I let myself eat whenever I’m craving something really yummy. The Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups and Maple/Sea Salt Popcorn are the best! I put the peanut butter cups in the fridge and eat a couple after dinner. I also love to eat popcorn while I’m watching one of my favorite shows at night.

SPICY HUMMUS & VEGAN BUFFALO DIP
Next, it's all about the dips!! My two favorites are the Spicy Hummus and Vegan Buffalo Dip. These two dips are on the healthier side in my mind, so I do not feel guilty diving in when I eat them. Great for a midday snack or to share with friends and family.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH MAC AND CHEESE & MANDARIN ORANGE CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
Work smarter not harder!! That’s my motto when it comes to these two frozen foods. These meals I literally just have to pop into the oven and they are done within 30-40 minutes. The Mandarin Orange Chicken if you haven’t heard already is one of the most popular items at Trader Joe’s. Everyone is obsessed! I’ll make this with the frozen Vegetable Fried Rice and it is such an easy yet comforting meal. It’s giving the Chinese take out without the Chinese take out. My fall favorite is the Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese. Fell in love with this after my first bite!

FALL ZUCCHETTE PASTA WITH AUTUMN HARVEST PASTA SAUCE & SHAWARMA CHICKEN THIGHS WITH RICE PILAF
I love to cook homemade meals for dinner but try to keep it simple. On days where I'm really busy and just want to make something easy, these are the things that are always satisfying. The Shawarma Chicken Thighs and Rice Pilaf are super easy to make and very delicious. I can put the chicken in the oven and the rice on the stove, walk away to do other things like fold laundry and within 30 minutes my dinner is done. My current fall favorite is the Fall Zucchette Pasta with the Autumn Harvest Pasta Sauce. This meal takes less than 30 minutes! The pasta is made with butternut squash and the pasta sauce has butternut squash and pumpkin puree in it which gives me all of the fall feels!! Super nice on a cold day to cozy up and relax after a long day. I’m Italian, so I love to eat pasta once or twice a week!

SOUTHWEST SALAD & CLASSIC GREEK SALAD
The best lunch items to me when you need something super easy and quick to grab before work are the pre-made salads. My two favorites are the Southwest Salad and Classic Greek Salad. I like a light lunch, so these are the perfect size for me. They are so effortlessly easy when I’m rushing in the morning.
