SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Details:
- $12 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100 (with the exception of site wide promos such as Black Friday & Birthday Sales).
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business days via UPS and USPS.
In Store Pick Up Returns:
- Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of “order ready for pick up” notification.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Sale/clearance items, jewelry, and undergarments are NOT returnable - they are FINAL SALE.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- Failure to pick up an order after 3 months will result in the product being donated. In this case, a store credit will NOT be issued.

Stylist:
- Retail experience is not required

Senior Stylist:
- Retail experience is required

- Excellent leadership, communication, & collaborative skills
- Commitment, dedication, & initiative to operate the store independently
- Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to clients
- Initiative & ability to create a book of repeat clients
- Ability to take direction & be open to feedback
- Proficiency with technology (POS system, client outreach app, excel spreadsheets, etc.)
Assistant Manager:
- Retail experience is required
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate hours of a retail store (week day & weekend availability)
- Excellent leadership, communication, & collaborative skills
- Commitment to lead the team to operate the store following company guidelines & procedures
- Motivation & drive to hit sales goals
- Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to clients
- Initiative & ability to create a book of repeat clients

Manager:
- Retail & management experience is required
